      • Leave our customers and associates "better than where we found them"The Project Manager is responsible for leading, monitoring execution, closing strategic projects, and managing the handoff to BML internal teams. They must have the ability to identify project resource needs and escalate resource constraints to the Manager of Project Management, supervise financial aspects of projects as well as provide transparent communication on project status and risks to necessary stakeholders. The position resides in the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) organization and serves as the liaison between the development team and the business to translate business needs into solution requirements and to communicate the completed solution back to the business and market.The Project Manager is expected to:
        • Ensure projects are managed following the Project Management best practices
        • Consult on the creation of the business project team's Action Plan
        • Develop the Business Project Plan, beginning with all elements of the project together
        • Report project status to stakeholders
        • Work with the Business analysis team to identify and document Business Value expectation per project (Cost Benefit Analysis)
          • Escalate needs and roadblocks to Manager of Project Managers and take corrective actions as needed
          • Identify project risks and remediation plans
          • Facilitate project status-up meetings and motivate project team subject matter experts
          • Maintain stakeholder alignment of the EPMO process and focused on project objectives
          • Perform post project completion analysis and review to ensure Benefit Realization estimates are achieved.
            • Perform other duties and/or tasks as assigned.QualificationsEducation:
              • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.Experience:
                • 4 - 6 years of overall professional experience, of which 3 to 4 years in a project management coordinator function required.
                  • Experience working with a portfolio of several projects preferred
                  • Demonstrated ability to exceed individual and project delivery objectives
                  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.Knowledge Requirements:
                    • Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
                      • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively build and extend relationships
                      • Ability to prioritize competing priorities and multi-task a variety of requests simultaneously in a fast paced sales environment
                      • Financial analysis
                      • Budget management
                      • Strong verbal, written, and active listening skills
                        • Strong Microsoft Office skills
                        • Self-motivated with a proven track record in managing strategy and delivery
                        • Skilled in conflict resolution and change management
                        • Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently
                        • Ability to manage relationships with both internal and external customers
                          • Ability to drive for results through effective leadership and coaching skills
                          • Knowledge in consulting basics and business analysis
                          • Self-driven, highly organized and very effective time management skillsCertifications/Licensures:
                            • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredDue to the COVID-19 pandemic, the majority of Boston Mutual's associates are currently working remotely in accordance with our safety protocols. The selected candidate will be expected to temporarily work remotely for an unspecified period of time as determined in Boston Mutual's sole discretion.
