The Opportunity: The Valuation, Manager reports to Head of Valuation and ensures that all projects and assets within the company's portfolio realize their maximum value in alignment with the Enel Group targets. This role requires technical proficiency in financial modeling and constant interfacing with the subject matter experts of various disciplines including Business Development, E&C, Procurement and Commercial Office. All projects, and the portfolio itself, must be optimized to remain competitive in the market while also meeting key performance indicators necessary for final investment approval (Investment Committee). What You'll Do at Enel: * Work together with a team of analysts to achieve company and growth objectives * Present analysis and recommendations to C-suite officers for decision-making purposes * Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to create project financial pro formas * Maximize project value through the optimization of layout, revenue opportunities and financing * Maintain key performance indicators required for final investment decisions * Analyze and recommend potential acquisition opportunities * Ability to critically analyze financial information and communicate assumptions effectively * High level of proficiency with customary valuation methodologies including DCF analysis and comparable company/precedent transaction multiples * Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple client engagements, and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment * Evaluate potential financing structures available in the market * Incorporate current rates for debt, equity, and other forms of capital * Research and stay abreast of current local, state, and federal tax laws and renewable energy regulation * Analysis of available turbine and panel technologies, collaboration within procurement, power purchase agreement and project sale processes, providing valuable data to project developers to support relevant decisions. * Investment Committee valuation package preparation. Who You Are: * Ability to manage deadline pressures and solve problems in real-time * Demonstrated the ability to effectively interface with people from different disciplines * Superior attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality * Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills * 20% of travel required What You've Accomplished: * A business degree with a concentration in Finance.
