The opportunity:
We are looking for someone to join our team to lead our product marketing efforts, focusing on creating the strategy and positioning of a new automation product and bringing it to market with the biggest splash possible. In this role, you will be working closely with the product, sales and marketing teams to influence and understand the product roadmap, communicate and internally market new features and products to relevant stakeholders, create and coordinate positioning and messaging strategies, and create, organize, and execute launch plans to bring new products to market.

This person should be a proven leader who is passionate about understanding buyer and customer needs and pain, and connecting product solutions to those pains and needs with effective GTM strategies, positioning, and messaging.

Reporting to the CMO and utilizing your team of two direct reports, you will collaborate across business functions, developing relationships with the sales, customer success, and product teams, and use your storytelling and organizational skills to drive alignment, and GTM effectiveness.

What you'll be doing:
Work closely with sales and product teams to develop product pricing models, key messaging, and value proposition
Develop a deep understanding of our target markets, including buyer personas, key uses cases, and customer needs
Plan and prioritize product launches initiatives in conjunction with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement
Be responsible for communicating all new product updates and releases to relevant internal stakeholders
Create and tailor messaging and positioning of new products and features to the needs of prospects, current customers for net new buyers, cross-sells and upsells
Manage the sales enablement function and deliver exceptional content, PDFs, slides, talk tracks, site pages, etc. for new product offerings
Manage a team of two (a Product Marketing Manager and a Sales Enablement Manager) and grow and develop their careers
Be an expert on our competition and establish competitive positioning
What to bring:
10+ years experience in a product marketing, product management, or related role, preferably in B2B SaaS
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with executives across the C-Suite
A good teacher. Someone who enjoys helping others learn and understand complex concepts
Conduct market analysis to obtain understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators
Very organized and detail oriented- can manage timelines effectively
Curiosity and eagerness to learn- from others within the business as well as from customers and industry leaders
Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
A passion for great customer experiences and a general disappointment in how poorly so many customer service experiences are
