Job Description:

Who we are:

At Krystal Biotech we are driven by our mission to dramatically improve the lives of people living with rare diseases. We are leading the development of corrective and redosable gene therapies to offer hope to patients facing debilitating rare diseases. We have developed a proprietary technology platform based on a differentiated viral vector that evades the immune system, enabling the development of redosable gene therapies.

Our initial focus on rare skin diseases, developing topical and intradermal "off-the-shelf" novel therapies, led to rapid proof-of-concept and a robust pipeline. Having clinically validated our platform in that setting, we are now expanding into rare pulmonary diseases and continue to explore the potential of our platform in additional organ systems.

We work to accomplish that through scientific innovation, operational excellence and believe that "nature operates in the shortest way possible" - Aristotle. There is clarity in purpose, a collective empathy driving us forward. Krystal was named after this clarity - a simple realization that we can do better.
