I am working in partnership with a rapidly growing Digital
Healthcare organisation specialising within the Telehealth market.
We are searching for a Vice President of Sales to head up the sales
division within the US. This role is offering a potential for
future progression into the C-suite level of the company after a
Responsibilities in this role will include:
- Taking a lead all sales efforts. Selling, process, and
- Build a scalable sales culture.
- Work with marketing to ensure a consistent process and message
throughout the sales process.
- Work cross-departmentally advocating for clients' needs and
requirements, ensuring we prioritize and develop the right features
to win new business.
- Executing inbound and outbound tactics as part of sales
- Defining and meeting sales objectives and targets.
What we are looking for in the perfect candidate:
- A track record of growing and leading commercial teams over 10+
- Extensive experience selling healthcare IT equipment into
- Strong background of driving revenue growth and consistently
hitting sales targets
- Previous experience within a scale-up organisation is
- A profound entrepreneurial spirit, with excellent leadership
and communication skills both upwards and downwards
