We are looking for an experienced full-time Sales Manager to join our Ginolis team in the US. As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be identifying business opportunities and growing the sales and market share of Ginolis products in the American market. You will also be responsible for screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options, and resolving internal priorities.

You must be able to provide leadership in opportunity assessment and sales management and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are motivated, self-oriented, results-driven and can promptly and accurately communicate with customers and our global sales team.

Master / Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field with either an academic or experiential orientation toward technical sales
2 - 4 years of prior technical or sales experience in automation engineering or robotics
Experience in precision liquid handling is preferred
Established local professional network in Knowledge of medical device and life sciences industries
Prior track record of achievement in positions with significant accountability
High degree of direct sales skills and the implementation of account sales plans working with local and overseas Ginolis coworkers
Ability to consistently execute a business plan, providing sales leadership in the implementation of corporate sales strategies
Excellent communications and presentations skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented team player
Fluent written and spoken English
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
