About the Job:Our client is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join their Enterprise Platform team and help own the ideation and execution of products within our SKU management workstream. You will be responsible for conducting user research, evaluating cross-dependencies, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve our company-wide goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the SKU Management workstream and help evaluate the business value of new projects and products
  • Drive collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Business to define strategic approaches for achieving our company-wide objectives
  • Translate business requirements into product strategies with actionable plans
  • Serve as the spokesperson for your products, driving engagement across the company
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from research to ideation, to development, and iteration
  • Proactively communicate the progression of your product's KPIs, translating its results into digests for your stakeholders
  • Develop execution strategies around communication plans, training materials, and non-technical documentation for your products
  • Create, manage, and track your own set of key results that roll into your teams core objectives
    Minimum Job Qualifications:
    • Extensive experience as a product manager for a digital product, preferably with backend-heavy products
    • Extensive experience working in an agile development framework
    • A collaborative teammate who thrives within an inclusive team and company where we respect and support individual choices
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice-versa
    • Highly organized, a passion for solving problems, and a drive for constant improvement
    • An aptitude for analyzing business/user needs to identify key areas of opportunity
    • Experience in conducting user research with both end-users and business stakeholders
    • A data-driven mindset with experience in obtaining and translating metrics into actionable items
      Bonus Qualifications:
      • Experience working in an e-commerce environment
      • Experience working with BI tools such as PowerBI and Periscope
