I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge.Job DescriptionDelivery ManagerTakeda Pharmaceutical Cambridge, MA About the role: We are looking for a Delivery Manager who can use their project management skills to lead the implementation of strategic and core projects for a functional area with routine monitoring, measurement, and reporting of performance to budget, schedule, and our goals .Join Takeda as a Delivery Architect where you will provide leadership to cross-teams and program composed of multiple projects/work streams with medium complexity in the delivery of IT plans.. You will also Determine prioritizations for IT plans, plan solutions to achieve identified goals, guide program achievement, interfaces with senior IT management, and influences on projects. As part of the R & D vaccine team, you will report to Global Head of R&D IT Strategy and Operations R&D, Vaccine IT.How you will contribute: Partner with IT and team leaders across multiple departments to identify and plan major programs.Lead a small team of internal employees and consultants within the department (Project managers team).Promote global policies for project governance, planning, delivery and oversight.
