This position can be based in Ireland or the United States.
What you will do:
Lead the Global Demand Generation strategy for Globalization
Partners, working collaboratively with our incredible leaders of
each region and their teams to fuel growth
Closely manage a large marketing budget; with weekly deliverables
on progress including new opportunities and challenges
Manage campaign performance, using conversion rate optimization to
increase the effectiveness of each of the campaigns
Collaborate with content creators and designers to design,
implement, and analyze initiatives to improve upon conversion rates
throughout the prospect and customer lifecycle
Embrace the culture of a high performing team, including continuous
testing, data driven decision making and aggressive goal
Work closely with the Finance team to forecast expected performance
through modeling based on historical trends and macro inputs
Collaborate with the Sales leaders of each region to ensure
alignment and collaboration on lead management, account-based
marketing tactics, forecasting and team enablement
Work with our Partner Network to establish best practices and

the company at events and meeting with key external
Lead and mentor direct and indirect reports with a goal of
improving their professional expertise.
What we are looking for:
Growth Mindset with a results-driven approach to work and
experience managing large budgets that have grown exponentially
Experience in both private and public companies with 2B+ in
Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to
document plans and processes
Experienced global leader having managed 200+ team members
Successful track record as a Vice President for a high-performance
technology organization with extensive experience in Demand
Working experience with key Demand Generation technologies
Strong analytical mindset and ability to not only analyze campaigns
but design best practices for performance management and
Relevant industry experience a plus
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
