Job Description:

Position Description
Overdose deaths have reached record-breaking highs during the pandemic. Despite the need for care, only one in 10 individuals with a substance use disorder seeks treatment. It's time for a better solution, particularly one that removes barriers for the nine out of ten people that never get the chance to get better. -
Enter Eleanor Health. At Eleanor, we are rethinking treatment for people with mental health and substance use disorders. With harm reduction as one of our foundational values, we serve as the only tech-enabled, evidence-based, whole-person care provider that fosters value-based partnerships with insurance companies.
Our challenge (and why we need you!) is to drive community member acquisition and create access to our care through an omni-channel, results-driven growth marketing strategy.
If you are passionate about customer acquisition, creating brand loyalty, and helping people live amazing lives, come join us! This is an opportunity to be part of a high-visibility team that plays a critical role in helping us transform the way that addiction treatment is paid for and delivered.
Responsibilities
As Eleanor Health's Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing, you will lead a high-impact team and own the development and execution of our growth marketing strategy. -
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy that optimizes the acquisition funnel and is informed by key business metrics including customer acquisition cost
  • Manage search engine optimization (SEO) and paid media channels, primarily paid search & display
  • Develop a plan and infrastructure to support A/B testing across channels
  • Create and test new member acquisition channels
  • Manage and grow a high-performing, highly-engaged team

    Qualification

    • 5+ years of relevant experience in growth marketing, ideally working with a healthcare brand
    • Familiarity with healthcare delivery in the US and trends related to mental health; experience in or familiarity with the substance use disorder space is a plus
    • Comfort working in a change-oriented, measurement-driven environment
    • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
    • Ability to work remotely and experience managing a remote team
