Job DescriptionHighwire is the Partner Elevation Platform for
builders and owners of capital projects. We are embarking on an
exciting new phase of growth and are hiring aggressively, looking
for the best talent in Boston, Boise, and beyond. To support this
growth, we are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our
team and serve as a trusted partner to our growing client base.
Your mission:As a Client Success Manager at Highwire, you'll
maintain and expand relationships with our clients and help them
achieve real results for their businesses.What you'll do:
- Be a trusted partner to your customers. You'll build strong,
trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and become a
trusted partner to your clients. And they'll rely on you to help
them get maximum business value from their investment in the
Highwire platform.
- Become a product expert. You'll learn the Highwire platform
inside and out so you can share best practices, uncover growth
opportunities, and train new clients to get the most out of the
platform.
- Expand our reach. By developing a deep understanding of the
mission-critical priorities of the clients you support and
accurately translating this into accurate and timely data in
Salesforce, you'll play an active role in growing our business.Who

a history of meeting and exceeding their goals. B2B SaaS experience
is not required; we think there is a range of backgrounds and
experiences that could set someone up for success in this role.
