Job Description We are seeking an innovative and results-focused Data Manager to ensure that students, teachers, staff and leaders are well equipped with the systems and tools necessary to reach our ambitious goals. The person in this role will be dedicated to supporting the building, implementation, and maintenance of cross-network systems. This is a new position and is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone with exceptional operational skills to ensure that we have outstanding systems to support student achievement. The new position will work closely with the Network Director of Data & Accountability to ensure that all systems in structures are able to produce meaningful long term data. Data Systems Management Collaborate with the Network Director of Data & Accountability to ensure that our data systems are accurate, efficient and are aligned to Strategic Plan. Maintain our academic platforms, ensuring that that there are strong systems to support data entry, platform use and data review. Implement strategic changes to our data platforms to continually align our data systems and structures to shifts in our academic programming. Serve as in-house expert of data platforms, including PowerSchool, Kickboard, Dean---s List, LMS, & National Student Clearinghouse. Manage the new student data collection processes and ensure accurate entry and maintenance of data entered into student databases. Work in partnership with Network Director of Data & Accountability to design improvements to core data collection and analysis systems. Partner with CMO staff as necessary on developing efficient tracking and data reporting systems for individual departments (i.e. talent, external relations, etc.). Statewide and School Based Reporting Coordinate the collection of data and verify accuracy for all state reports. Populate school, network, and board level dashboards that stakeholders will utilize on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis. Conduct regular quality checks on school-based and network data collection. Train and support school-based staff in running school-facing data. Manage the logistics and training for assessments, including accommodations for special populations, ensuring that assessments are ordered, administered, and that data is captured in Phoenix---s academic data systems. Support data requests from the senior leadership and development team. Qualifications Bachelor---s degree required, with 1-3 year of experience preferred Must have expert skills in Excel and experience managing large databases Must have strong attention to detail, multitasking and time management skills Working knowledge of Google Scripts language (JavaScript) Company Description THE RECRUITING NETWORK (TRN) is a corporate search firm specializing in the Healthcare and Consumer Products industry.
