Overview:N-able is the leading global provider of complete IT management and Automation solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
This is an important position to N-able and to N-able's shareholders. It provides a unique opportunity to directly impact shareholder perception of the company and the industry. It leverages strong analytical and communication skills while requiring sharp insights about the technology industry and N-able's businesses. The position will exercise skills related to capital markets, corporate finance, business strategy, financial analysis, and external suasion.
This critical leadership role will serve as a key advisor to the CFO and CEO on the investor relations strategy. This person is responsible for the strategy and framework to create a compelling investor relations roadmap. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned finance and IR professional, with an established reputation of credible, high-quality engagement with financials analysts and investors.
The Sr. Director of IR reports to the CFO and has significant interaction with the CEO and senior executives.
As an Investor Relations Sr. Director at N-able you will be responsible for supporting the Investor Relations function including expanding and managing investor targeting and tracking systems, supporting earnings call and Analyst Day preparation, and supporting inbound emails/calls from analysts and investors. You will assist in targeted NDR and conference planning including Q&A and presentation development and attend meetings with management as needed. You will drive IR support related to SEC filings, press releases, and other legal/corporate communications. This role will also support internal cross-functional requests for market-based feedback.Responsibilities:

  • Lead content development for earnings call and analyst day presentations
  • Lead earnings call script drafting
  • Manage Q&A, industry and internal data preparation, and presentation development.
  • Be a voice of investors within N-able, and influence the company communication and strategy
  • Inbound Email/Call Support
  • Assist with analyst and investor emails/calls backs
  • Expanded investor targeting program
  • Conferences/NDRs with Senior Executives
  • Assist in targeted NDR and conference planning
  • Provide Q&A, prep and presentation support
  • Reporting and communications
  • Provide IR support for SEC filing, press releases, and other legal/corporate communications programs
  • Internal functions/market feedback
  • Support requests and assists with market feedback for internal teams.Qualifications:Education Required:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Finance or Accounting
    • Business Administration/Management
    • MBA or CFA a plus but not requiredExperience:
      • Prefer experience of 8+ years of combined experience across corporate finance, buyside, sell-side, investment banking, or consulting roles.
      • Software/technology industry experience preferred
      • Capable of basic financial modeling and accounting principles
      • Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
      • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Operations, Sales)
