case-by-case basis).The Opportunity:We are on a mission to make
manufacturing more accessible by streamlining the last mile of the
industrial supply chain with modern software. As the Product
Manager for our product-led growth pod, you'll be responsible for
defining vision, strategy, messaging, and roadmap for our PLG
product along with owning prioritization to drive product-market
fit as we expand across the vertical. You'll visit 100+ customers
and prospects in the first 90 days across various points in the
supply chain to learn deeply about their needs and how they
interact with our products to address them. You will work closely
with go-to-market partners to further the business relationship and
drive product adoption in their verticals. Who you are:You are

stakeholders from go-to-market to customer service teams.The Senior
Product Manager's responsibilities will include:
- Define vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for PLG
products in collaboration with the Director of Computational
Geometry, VP of Engineering and CEO
- Map and refine the first time user experience to ensure
prospective customers experience significant value with minimal
friction
- Travel with your product pod to visit current customers and
prospects to build and test hypotheses that drive high level
go-to-market strategy and product-market fit
- Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to build
messaging for various PLG verticals and ensure a cohesive
go-to-market strategy is in place
- Work with product development partners in design and
engineering to ship solutions that delight customers. Balance
customer impact and engineering effort, and make a measurable
impact on the business.
- Own KPIs around free user adoption, utilization, and their
conversion rate to qualified sales opportunities. This position
requires activities that are subject to US Export Control Laws and
require US Citizenship or Green Card Holder.Knowledge, Skills, and
Abilities:
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- A proven track record of building products customers love in
rapidly scaling companies generating $10M+ ARR.
- Success in building product-led growth strategies for B2B
vertical SaaS products.
- Experience building and executing go-to-marketing strategies
for freemium B2B products.
- Qualitative and quantitative user testing with a great
appreciation and eye for beautiful and functional UX.
- Ability to collaborate with external partners to align internal
business and GTM requirements with their digital strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in articulating
customer pain.
- Entrepreneurial, driven, passionate about our mission, and have
deep empathy for our customers. An interest in manufacturing is a
plus!
- Travel to customer locations around the continental US -
