Description $145-$150k plus bonus Manage a service department
for the Americas - both field and in-house Industry leading
scientific and medical equipment manufacturer Location in Stone
Ridge, NY, relocation assistance Provided The Company An
international scientific and medical equipment manufacturer,

compensation: $145-$150k plus bonus, full benefits Lead a team of
25+ Field Service Engineers, in-house repair team and inside
technical support team for the Americas Grow and build the team in
your vision High value capital equipment for the scientific and
medical industries Evaluate, improve and grow a technical national
service team Plan and direct the workflow for all support groups to
resolve customer's issues that includes remote and on-site
technical support, timely repair programs and ongoing customer
service Lead the setting up of product delivery schedule,
installation and ensuring an excellent customer experience Note:
This position is in Stone Ridge, NY and would need to be in the
office daily. 15% travel associated with the position. Relocation
assistance providedMain Job Functions Manage through the use of
KPIs. Develop staffing plans, forecasts, and coordination with
planning, scheduling, purchasing, and field service to ensure all
customer requirements are achieved Review service trends to
forecast future capacity requirements Work cross functionally in
problem solving within multiple departments Prepare and submit
operating and financial reports to management Qualifications /
Experience Requirements A Bachelor's degree in a Business /
Operations related field or in an engineering-based discipline 5
years manufacturing management experience 3 years managing and
directing an equipment service department Knowledge of Operations
Management and manufacturing systems Lean, Six Sigma, TPS, or DMAIC
experience is preferred 15% travel to customers, suppliers other
company sites
