The newly created role of Partner Development Manager is accountable for owning and improving the business between Unblu and signed OEM, Reseller and Referral partners within the U.S. and Canada and will provide you with a great visibility and responsibility across the global Unblu organization - as well as the fast-moving business of Fintech. This position is a critical enabler of success for Unblu North American sales targets and will leverage your expertise in developing and driving partnership plans while leading engagement across all product, integration, sales, marketing and support teams. Reporting to the Director of the North American Partner Program you will be measured on KPIs including unit and revenue targets. You will be joining a diverse U.S.-based team collaborating closely to improve the way financial institutions of all sizes succeed with an increasingly online, anytime, anywhere customer experience. Ideal candidates will bring a strong consultative sales or account management background that enables them to position Unblus omnichannel, conversational banking platform value in the context of financial services growing list of customer engagement challenges. Responsibilities

  • Position yourself as CEO of each partnership - accountable for all aspects of partnership performance and success
  • Develop and maintain partner account plans, measure and monitor performance in Salesforce and communicate key results both internally and with partners
    • Lead the get-to-market launch process for new partners including training, sales enablement and marketing, with the end goal of getting the partner to more independently promote Unblu solutions and refer highly qualified prospects to Unblu sales team
    • Build direct and active relationships with sales, marketing, product and support teams on all sides. Be expert in positioning Unblu solutions in context of both partner and end user business goals and objectives
    • Work with partner and Unblu client-facing teams to develop and deliver training, marketing initiatives, and collateral. Attend 3-4 in person events per year.
    • Advocate for partners: help Unblu to understand partner and client priorities in context of Unblu goals, objectives, product roadmaps.
    • Be accountable for the successful realization of partner program performance metrics, MBOs, unit and revenue targetsRequirements
      • 3 to 5 years of technology alliances and partner management experience required
      • Quota sales, account management experience for a technology platform business is a must
      • Passionate about working with others to define a clear partnership vision. Expert in setting a few objectives, authoring plans and welcome being measured on performance against goals
      • Strong understanding of Cloud/SaaS value proposition and specific challenges associated with financial industry adoption
      • Excellent presentor of 10 minute demos - knowing when to schedule deep-dive, technology level demos with Unblu integration resources.
      • Driven, self-starter who exudes leadership on account set and compels others to get on board.
      • Fully adept at consultative effectiveness and establishing trust with internal and external customers.
      • Exemplary CRM (salesforce preferred) and communication skills (written/verbal)
      • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness: selling features and benefits in context of current and future partner priorities Benefits
