This Healthcare Tech Company Focused On Oncology is looking for an Operations Manager to join its team. Their innovative, machine-learning based clinical informatics system allows them to deliver industry leading products and services to patients, physicians, and hospitals.

They are looking for an Operations Manager who will work with the clinical analysts at their three hospital anchor partners on clinical operations & quality control to ensure efficiency and efficacy.

What will you do?
Roles and Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with the Quality Control and clinical analysts on clinical operations in their partner hospitals: building structures, creating processes, and scaling operations
Play an integral role in understanding client operations
Work cross-functionally with the other teams (technical, business analysts, etc.) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Identify and implement process improvements and automations that will address bottlenecks and optimize the efficiency of client operations and delivery
Cultivate a deep understanding of the products, processes, and the mission of the company

A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment
