close sales on the phone, this is a very consultative sales
process, where we act as a trusted adviser to educate our clients
about overseas expansion, and at the same time differentiate
ourselves through our knowledge and client service.We are looking
for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to help us meet our
net new customer acquisition targets by leading, coaching and
motivating a team of high performing Sales Executives.What You Will
Do
- Manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve growth and hit
sales targets
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance
monitoring of Sales Executive team
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management
team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully
aware of new products and competition status
- Responsibility for all aspects of the sales team sales cycle,
from outreach and follow-up with both incoming and self-generated
leads internationally, through proposal to deal close
- Assist the team with drafting and following up on proposals,
and closing salesWhat We Are Looking For
- Successful previous experience in sales leadership,
consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars
and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence
credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or finance
discipline
- 7-10 years' experience in B2B sales, with a track record in
meeting sales targets
- Experience working for a tech company focusing on EOR, Payroll
or HR preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, and other
common tools used within the Sales and Marketing function is
