Our Customer Success Management (CSM)Team is specifically focused on the success of our R&D and Quality Vault customers.Our CSMs are highly skilled individuals with strong Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Quality or Safety, and Pharmacovigilance industry experience and process know-how. Combining our domain experience with product expertise, we help customers identify how to add value to their organization, adopt best practices, and drive industry transformation beyond the software implementation.Successful candidates for this role will have demonstrated domain expertise in one of the following life sciences areas: Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Quality or Safety, and Pharmacovigilance. Candidates will be located in North America.This is a remote, full-time permanent role at Veeva. It is a customer-facing role and we have no work location requirement if you are in close proximity to an airport and able to meet future travel requirements.Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, OPT) for this employment position.What You'll DoDevelop enterprise software program adoption strategy for assigned customersEstablish relationships and consistent touchpoints with key customer stakeholders across IT and the Business to establish strong product adoption programs and initiativesEffectively demo Vault capabilities including use-cases, best practices, challenges, and how to address known gapsGuide customers on best practices to optimize the consumption of Veeva releases (e.g. change management and validation)Evaluate how customers are managing their Vault investment and identify efficiency and effectiveness gains through product adoptionEffectively influence and drive change within customer organizationsBuild and manage customer working groups and communities so our customers have an avenue for peer-to-peer interactions and the development of best practicesRequirements5+ years of experience working with life-sciences companies in either Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Quality, or Safety and Pharmacovigilance areas with a demonstrated understanding of respective processes, and technologies21 CFR Part 11 and/or GxP domain knowledgeProven ability to translate between IT and Business stakeholders to ensure business goals are achievedTrack record of leading life-sciences software implementation projects in a consultant, business analyst, IT lead, and/or business sponsor role(s)Must be able to take complex business and software concepts and articulate them to an audience of varying perception levelsAbility to balance day-to-day project execution and long-term Customer Success within a fast-paced, collaborative team environmentAbility to travel 25%Nice to HaveDirect experience implementing/consulting on known Clinical technologies - e.g. GoBalto, Medidata, IQVIA, Medrio, Open Text, Phlexglobal, WingspanParticipation in industry efforts outside of day-to-day job responsibilitiesDetailed understanding of emerging Industry best practices, trends, and/or standards#LI-RemoteUS#BI-RemoteVeeva's headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.Veeva is an equal opportunity employer.
