In this role, you'll get to:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy in alignment with corporate goals and go-to-market strategy
  • Scale and manage a team of experienced demand generation professionals responsible for our portfolio of programs across all channels
  • Partner closely with sales, content marketing and marcom leads to ensure alignment on strategy, resources, messaging, and KPIs
  • Build and manage best-in-class demand gen programs and optimization of Lead to Opportunity funnel
  • Provide lead pipeline and MQL forecasting against planned spend to executive leadership
  • Be responsible for overseeing and managing the LTV:CAC Ratio, working with the GTM leaders to ensure cost per acquisition and lead KPI targets are within company goals
  • Develop and track comprehensive metrics reports, attribution modeling and tracking, and advise on the effectiveness and future direction of our lead generation marketing campaigns and spending
  • Utilize and enhance all demand gen channels to include SEM, SEO, email, events, content syndication, ABM campaigns, website, sponsorships, etc.
  • Partner with revenue ops on key metrics, including marketing performance measurement, process definition, and marketing systems and data
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members on effective demand gen tactics and approaches
  • Select vendors and partners to hit team goals

    • 15+ years of proven success record of leading and scaling the demand generation function at a B2B or software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment
    • Strong management skills with a proven ability to grow a team

    • Proven track record working with Sales leaders and teams to increase conversion rates down the funnel

    • Proven success in developing and marketing saas digital products
