We are currently looking for a great -Chef Manager / GM to lead our culinary team at a potential new sale in Beverly, MA.We are seeking a strong, personable leader with a team building mentality. This is a great opportunity to take your restaurant and culinary background and be in charge of a great team and run operations for the entire account. This is a position with a great quality of life as your typical schedule is Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm! The ideal candidate will have experience in a recognized kitchen environment, senior living/resident dining or corporate kitchen background being a plus! - -
The successful candidate will:


  • be responsible for the creation and development of innovative, inventive and satisfying menus;
  • direct and manage kitchen operations and designated back of house staff;
  • ensure that the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved;
  • control and ensure the company's and client's financial targets are achieved;
  • engage with peers, colleagues and patrons in a manner that invites interaction and feedback.

    Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

    • a passion for culinary arts, with a desire for creativity, a strong production background ideally in a healthcare setting;
    • demonstrated experience managing a culinary team and exceptional human resource and supervisory/management skill-set;
    • commercial acumen and a good level of computer literacy;
    • expert level knowledge of compliance in food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards.

        Position Summary
        Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account
