Job Requirements: Strong experience with User stories, Prototyping
and experience working in the SaaS industry.
Salary: 110k to 160k ( Can be flexible for right candidate)

What You Will Be Doing
Translate the company's vision and strategy into user stories that
have an impact on customer growth and retention.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to
identify requirements and the most effective ways to address
them.
Use design sprints and quick prototyping to collaborate with
engineers in an agile environment.
Define user stories that include all important personas,
requirements, and outcomes that can be measured.
Along with the Development Team Managers, lead the Agile
methodology.
Prepare for, and attend, industry conferences, webinars, customer
visits, and user group meetings, which may require some travel.
For new product launches and upgrades, lead cross-functional Go To
Market operations.
Recognize and convey the competitive and partner environments
What You Need for this Position
A bachelor's degree would be required for this position.
1-3 years of experience in product management, professional
services, or agile leadership roles in the software/SaaS
industry.
Someone who considers oneself to be a lateral thinker.
Experience with agile development and the usage of tools like Jira
and Confluence is a plus.
Empathy for the end user and sensitivity for good user design
Data-driven and analytical. Quick learner who can make sound
decisions with less knowledge.
Superior interpersonal skills and the capacity to work together
with others in a cross-functional team on a proactive basis.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also
soliciting and incorporating comments from others.
Excellent project management abilities. Capable of identifying
essential tasks, assigning owners, and moving the aim forward.
A creative thinker. A desire to consider how things may be rather
than as they are.
