Like our affiliate company, BlueWave Solar, we believe business can be a force for good: We're on a mission to make clean energy options more accessible, more affordable, and more equitable for all.Perch Energy has an immediate opening for a Project Manager / Analyst, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer. This role will also have a dotted line to the Chief Operating Officer. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for translating business requirements to functional specifications, coordinating architecture designs, building the development schedule from design to delivery, and making appropriate tradeoffs. As the owner of your projects, you need to clearly set the goals and communicate the latest status to both software development teams and internal business customers. The ideal candidate is sensitive to customer needs, enjoys tackling ambiguous yet complex problems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must have experience simultaneously managing multiple projects and be able to assist with requirements gathering and user story creation. The ability to accurately establish development and production timelines, communicate with varying levels of resources, and provide detailed performance monitoring is paramount to the success of this position. This role is highly visible throughout the organization and interfaces with key decision makers across our most critical and time sensitive tech initiatives. Duties & Responsibilities

• Execute on directives from CTO & COO
• Oversee project intake for all major tech initiatives across the organization
• Support and track business readiness for new market entry
• Establish project plans, milestones, set deadlines and ensure timely delivery of requirements
• Prepare dashboards and routine reports, inclusive of project health status, for company-wide distribution
• Present project updates to the Leadership Team
• Engage with business leads and subject matter experts to define scopes, MVPs, requirements, and user stories
• Assist CTO with prioritization, cost analysis and resource allocation
• Generate flows, mapping, and documentation for process and system enhancement
• Utilize PMI best practices and standards to ensure proper planning through execution
• Quickly identify areas of opportunities and implement solutions to improve project performance
• Act as a champion for tech delivery and transformational change across Perch Energy
• Provide input to the Community Solar and Executive teams to set overall business goals and metrics Requirements:
  • 4-7 years' experience in project management or a similar field
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Management, Business Administration, or other related degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified preferred
  • Experience of various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
  • Knowledge of Software development Lifecycle (SLDC)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, AWS, Confluence and Jira a plus
  • Experience with large scale projects such as a CRM or transformation of a digital platform
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management, punctuality, and organizational skills
