Summary**Huron is looking for a Director of its Program Management
Office to take the organization to the next level.This role will
work closely with scrum teams, cross functional partners, and
business leaders across the company. You will partner with key
business leaders to understand their vision and lead programs that
provide meaningful insights to leadership.Key Responsibilities:---
Drive critical initiatives and manage enterprise wide, complex
programs--- Responsible for the overall program management
including management of cross team workstream and dependency
management, program metrics, status, coordination and planning of
cross team recognition and program education--- Work with leads to
continuously review program governance structure and processes and
provide inputs to improve them progressively--- Effectively
communicate decisions that impact multiple programs to
stakeholders--- Strong executive presence with ability to manage
through high intensity, high pressure scenarios--- Establish and
assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance
requirements--- Excellent in Reporting at Daily/Weekly/Fortnightly
cadence to different audiences (Team Management/Senior
Management)--- Facilitate executive meetings, as well as cross team
alignment meetings--- Responsible for partnering and collaborate
with cross functional teams--- Conduct status/scrum of scrum
meetings and update meetings--- Report on program performance to
partners and internal stakeholders--- Identify and escalate
conflicts and risks--- Keep Program metrics
updated**Qualifications**QualificationsRequired:+ U.S. Work
Authorization required+ 7+ years of proven experience with program
management, project management or engineering management+ Detailed
understanding of software development lifecycle from conception to
delivery+ Experience working in Agile environment and managing
programs using Azure Dev Ops+ Bachelor's Degree in STEM field,
Computer Science or equivalent Program/Project management
experience+ Open to travel around 20% - U.S. and IndiaPreferred+
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills+ Excellent
communication and facilitation skills+ Proven track record of
managing complex cross-functional technical initiatives+ Experience
communicating effectively to both technical and non-technical
audiences+ Background in a fast-paced startup environment+
Certified Scrum Master. PMP or similar certifications is a plus+ A
