This role is based in Burlington. Massachusetts based candidate
preferred or remote with bi-monthly travel to Boston.
Responsibilities--- Lead the cross-functional execution of our
go-to-market product launches, determine the marketing strategy for
content that needs to be created and distributed across channels,
and create pioneering ways to infuse marketing design thinking into
the product so that it is on brand and inherently shareable.---
Develop a close working relationship with the product team to gain
trust and build innovative products that consider brand and
marketing thinking.--- Collaborate with software, hardware,
marketing, and senior management to develop product positioning and
messaging that resonate with our target customer personas.--- Lead
development of key product activities and budgets to support the
retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new
customers. Push yourself and relevant stakeholders to come up with
unique and industry-first ideas.--- Understand and document our
customer's process, including where they get information, and the
who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Be
empowered to drive changes to our sales and marketing processes
based on what you learn.--- Interact with customers and partners to
gain perspective on how our products are being used.--- Assess the
effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products
on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required
changes.--- Understand and support our sales channels; train them
on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; work with our
clinical education team to develop internal and external collateral
to teach stakeholders how and when to use it.--- Partner closely
with creative team members to develop distinctive, bar-raising
content to distribute to the market that will engage consumers.---
As this is a newly created position, you will play a key role in
defining, modelling, and scaling the role to be structurally and
operationally sound.--- Understand the competitive landscape-be an
expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
Experience / Requirements:--- Professional experience in the
orthodontic, dental, or 3D printing industry a plus.---
Professional experience within a company providing both hardware
and software a plus.--- Development of go-to-market plans utilizing
price, placement and promotional strategy of new product
launches.--- Extremely well organized and detailed oriented.---
Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)---
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Monday.com, Jira a
plus.--- Project management experience and certifications a
