Generation Manager search.
Compensation depends on experience but is up to 130K on base.
Our client builds Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding software
for corporate recruiting teams and has over 750 global clients.
They're also 100% remote and growing in a healthy and controlled
This Demand Generation Manager was newly created due to growth and
reports to a CMO. This position oversees all aspects of demand
generation to help drive revenue. Prior experience with Account
Based Marketing (ABM) required.

Responsibilities: - Execute demand generation programs to build a
stronger revenue pipeline - Come up with KPIs and metrics to track
your efforts - Test and optimize marketing campaigns as needed -
Create targeted marketing and ABM programs by working with Sales &
Marketing - Help drive the email marketing strategy to acquire new
clients - Work closely with the Product Marketing team to capture
leads - Present performance metrics with key stakeholders on a
What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's Degree - At least 3 years of
Demand Generation experience - Prior B2B marketing experience -
required - Prior software, tech or IT experience - required -
Strong ABM experience - required - Excellent written and verbal
communication skills - Comfortable in a highly visible position
