Job Description:

The manager/director, Alliance Offer Development is responsible for identifying and developing joint opportunities across multiple lines of business and sales channels for the Energy Management Division. It is global in scope and leads the interaction between our global alliance partners and our colleagues in the lines of business, Technology Partners and Innovation at the Edge organizations.What will you do?

  • Act as the lead contact for co-development activities (beyond Secure Power) with our global alliance partners.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Energy Management LOBs, Innovation at the Edge and Technology partner teams to keep alignment with our strategic priorities and roadmaps.
  • Support new business discussions with alliance partners- including sales engagements (VOC and other), roadmap reviews and RFI/RFQ preparation.
  • Build an active list of workstreams to explore, define and drive through to offer creation process within each LOB. Articulate project business plans and prioritize development activities.
  • Document plans and important offer information for access by the team. Assist in the tracking of alliance revenue opportunities and performance.What qualifications will make you successful? Good understanding of SE's key Energy management solutions, organization, and offer creation processes.
    • Technical acumen, ability to interface with offer managers, solution architects and others throughout the organization.
    • General knowledge of SE's routes to market. Experience in developing and presenting compelling business cases.
    • Strong organizational and collaborative skills with ability to multi-task. You will select and manage relationships with a group of leading IT companies that collaboratively develop, deploy, and execute a product, solution offer or go-to-market strategy to the benefit of our shared customers.
