*The Position: Account Manager*

We're looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for building long term successful strategies for our channel partners. Using your strong consultative skills, you will work with partners to dissect their business goals and develop a better plan for achieving them. You will be selling the value of ThinkLite's products and software, selling with, and coaching your partners on how to grow their business with ThinkLite. You will guide your partners in learning how we can help them improve their client acquisition rates, client retention rates, and overall business profitability.

*What you'll do: *

* 70% of your time will be devoted toward building, motivating, and enabling company channel partners with the Executive VP of Sales to meet and exceed revenue goals
* 30% of your time will be focused on sales support responsibilities including generating quotes, placing and tracking orders, entry and maintenance of data in the CRM, and cross-functional collaboration with the Operations team to ensure client satisfaction
* Be a ThinkLite Air product expert to setup, teach, and train our new and existing customers on our product and product software updates
* Be able to translate our products into business value for our channel partners. This involves understanding the partner's business model including helping the partners develop value propositions that are attractive to their customers. Use product knowledge, marketing materials, and case-studies provided to showcase the solution that our company can offer to inbound prospects
* Understand client needs and offer solutions and support; answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions, issues, and concerns in a timely and positive manner
* Respond to client requests- proposals, bids, quotes, and other such opportunities
* Implement tools, programs, and processes to effectively drive channel behavior and to enable channel sales growth, including partner onboarding, enablement, demand generation programs, and planned goal achievement
* Work with the marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy and provide your channel accounts with updates to our product enhancements and any new product releases
* Ensure a positive partner experience enabling their success
* Bring your energy, thinking, strategic approach, and ideas to compliment and advance our company
* Travel as needed for customer/channel partner meetings and to attend trade shows
* Completes projects as assigned to them by the Executive Director of Sales.

*What you will bring: *

* BA degree in communications, business, or similar field
* 2-5 years' of actively using a CRM system
* 2-5 years' experience managing channel accounts and driving B2B sales
* High energy, positive attitude, and a proven track record of over-achieving quarterly and annual quota
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; able to market ideas to diverse leadership team
* Well versed in standard office applications: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Calendars, Google Suite, Zoom, Teams
* Must demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and presentation/teaching skills
* Proven ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Proven ability to meet deadlines reliably
* Proven attention to detail, strong organizational skills, a self-starter
* A desire to be in an entrepreneurial, innovative, and fast-growing culture
* A sense of humor and a go-getter attitude
* Experience with medical, health and technology, or premium products a bonus
