With the launch of our at-home SMART brewers we are generating consumption insights and connected data products that enable the business to continue delighting consumers in new and engaging ways. We are seeking an individual who places the consumer at the heart of their thinking. You will occupy a position central to the success of the Connected Data Products Team and through enabling deep consumer and shopper insights, you will curate and manage relationships with internal stakeholders across a range of business functions.You will have responsibility for managing a unique and proprietary in-home consumption data source with state-of-the-art report generating tools and advanced panel queries. This insights platform provides you with the data and analytical tools to deliver unique and holistic insights to internal stakeholders. Much of your time will be spent working in a hands-on capacity in the insights platform with its rich data sets derived from multiple sources. You will enable the adoption, use and dependency of cross-functional teams on the data.Key business initiatives include improve targeting and messaging to increase sales, support increased consumption and penetration of products, identify new product opportunities, assist with sell-in to partners and portfolio optimization. The Associate Manager will identify patterns of household behavior and turn insights into implications and recommendations our teams can act upon.The current economic environment requires the Associate Manager to bring fresh creative thinking, innovation, and a willingness to continuously learn to identify and address current and future consumer trends. You will have an awareness of macro trends and be able to provide a perspective on how they impact the in-home consumption of KDP categories and other business factors.Internally, you will collaborate closely with the Keurig Strategy and Connected Strategy Teams, while operating at all levels across multiple functions including Category Management, Consumer Insights, Brand Management, Data Science, Commercial, Retail, IoT and Data Architect Teams. Having the outgoing personality to foster collaborative internal relationships will be essential to your success at KDP. You are energetic, highly organized, detail-oriented with an eye on the over-arching goal and like to see projects through from start to end. You thrive in an ever-changing high-pace work environment and exhibit flexibility to support projects as required.Job ResponsibilitiesMonitor brand health and communicate performance to the appropriate teams in a fast, engaging, and meaningful way.Develop individual insights plans based on key business questions and strategic direction.Execution of the insights and engagement plans.Track achievements and KPI's against the engagement plan objectives.Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to understand detailed requirements and deliverables for the KDP connected data eco-system.Engage with teams and continue to support external partnerships where relationships are already established.Manage and meet with stakeholders on data projects including but not limited to customized reporting, data management and progress updates to the business.Ability to work through challenges and manage multiple high priority activities concurrently.Support ad hoc requests for reports on specific trends, consumption behavior, and brewer activity.Support continued training needs.Data and Platform operations:Assist with internal and 3rd party vendor data processes, documentation, and data loading.Continuous improvement and data enhancement.Create and maintain documentation for products, procedures, and for specific projects as required.Requirements:Job Requirements3+ years' experience working in data insights and analysis, in a fast-paced environment, preferably CPG.Experience with consumer panel and/or shopper data.Expert in PowerPoint and Excel.Strong attention to detail, follow through, and organizational skills.Strong project and relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.Exceptional communication and management skills with a proven ability to execute.Highly efficient self-starter, detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team - with an enthusiasm and passion for the job.Demonstrates innovative thinking and strong analytical problem-solving skills.Self-motivated approach and experience in dealing with ambiguity while performing critical project steps.Undergraduate degree is required; Advanced degree is a plus.Experience may be gained in one or more of the environments below:Market Research.CPG manufacturer.Top-tier consulting firm.CRM-oriented software firm.RetailTravel or hospitality.This is a strategically important role and requires a motivated, detail-oriented, personable Associate Manager who can operate at a high-level to understand the business needs and support with precision.
