We believe that for ourselves and for our customers.We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our Americas Field Marketing team. This role reports into the Director of Field Marketing and is responsible for driving several strategic marketing programs across North America and all of our lines of business. This role aligns closely with the senior field marketers to support across-AMER tradeshows and large programs for our AMER/global partners. You will help plan and execute these programs and work cross-team and cross-functionally to ensure visibility and communication to the AMER GTM. If you want to help drive pipeline, accelerate account growth and work with a team, this role is for you. You must be ready to roll-up your sleeves on execution, lean into analytics and be a team player and builder.What Youll Be Doing:

  • Help strategize, calendar, and execute on global strategic partner programs with the partner marketing lead in North America across all lines of business that can include webinars, events, roadshows, digital, outbound campaigns and more
  • Be responsible for tradeshow events execution such as Gartner and Reuters while working closely with the Senior Field Marketing Managers and Corporate Events team to identify opportunities to take advantage of before, during, and after the events
  • Work cross-functionally and across all LOBs to execute and manage activities, including logistics, budgeting, content development, scheduling, creative themes and social media strategies
  • Manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously, under the direction of the Director of Field Marketing, ensuring clear and proactive communication to meet deadlines and stay within budget
  • Manage lead acquisition, processing, nurturing and follow-up to ensure that leads from field marketing activities are properly managed Technologies Youll Work With:

  • Splash What Experience Youll Need:
  • 4+ years of field marketing experience in B2B / SaaS technology markets with progressive growth and demonstrable experience in implementing successful field marketing plans
  • Strong project management skills, creative thinking and analytical ability
  • The ability to execute field events and programs from start to finish
  • Excels at cross-group collaboration
  • Comfortable with accountability for clear, quantified performance targets
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables with high attention to detail
  • Strong team-player and self-starter who can initiate and drive activities to successful conclusion while maintaining strong cross-functional working relationships
  • Independence and initiative in high profile situations with strong project management, organization and time management skills
