Job Description:

Position Summary: Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating qualified leads, partnership opportunities for Accounting Service line to support the revenue and overall growth plans of the respective service line. This role includes identifying new customers, building new relationships, maintaining, and growing relationships with existing customers. You will be closely working with the stakeholders and prepare a plan and help achieve the organizations goals. Key Responsibilities Area: Identifying, qualifying, and securing business and partnership opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting Maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts Manage sales team and processes efficiently Utilizing the procedures to lead the development and maintenance of the sales pipeline, preparing information for reporting to the key stakeholders. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and suggest improvements Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities Liaise with the Marketing and other departments heads to ensure sales strategies and tactics are implemented as per the business plan and goals. Key Attributes: Strong understanding of business landscape related to SMB market in US. High proficiency in sourcing leads, identifying business opportunities. Strong relationship management Persuasion Skills Good leadership skills. Effective Coaching and Mentoring skills Education and Experience: Full time MBA in Sales or Marketing with Minimum 8 years' experience of International Business Development activities in BPO/KPO/Accounting Firms, especially in the US market. Adequate working knowledge in financial and accounting field, with a flair for engaging clients in various services offered within Accounting & Finance areas Understanding US SMB segment. Strong Lead Generation & Lead Qualifying capability Proven performance track records of winning new business and client accounts. Minimum 5 years' experience in team management.
