measure and connect.The Senior Manager, Data & Analytics
EnablementThe Analytics organization under Global Marketing and
Digital Transformation within Customer Office is the key enabler of
exponential revenue growth for the organization. Analytics products
and services include a combination of data, APIs, dashboards, ML
models, and digital tools that provide insights and recommendations
that business leaders may use to make tactical and strategic
decisions. The Data & Analytics Enablement is a newly created
function within the analytics organization. The Senior Manager of
Analytics Enablement will lead this new function to transform our
internal clients' experience in leveraging data and analytics
products and services, working very closely with three peer data &
analytics functions: Data Engineering, Data Science, and Digital &
Marketing Analytics.You will be partnering with Analytics leaders
to help build data strategy and improve analytics maturity across
the company. -Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Communicate the existence, mission, and objectives of the
analytics organization to senior leadership, ensuring the leaders
understand the scope of the organization and how it can be
successfully leveraged.
- Act as an evangelist for analytics, helping to educate company
leadership and key stakeholders about how to leverage analytics to
solve problems. Advocate for the development of analytics skills
across the company.
- Establish and maintain outstanding relationships with key
stakeholders. - Facilitate workshops for the Analytics team to
achieve alignment with key stakeholder groups.
- Gather feedback and gauge internal clients' satisfaction and
advocate for changes to improve the delivery of analytics products
and services.
- Improve Analytics internal quality by designing training
programs to capture knowledge, successful processes, and best
practices. Train, motivate and develop Analytics team members.
Support continuous improvement of the analytics organization by
advocating for and leading process changes.
- Lead a team of business analysts to create analytics product
roadmaps. Understand internal clients' pain points, use cases, and
desires in order to help define analytics product development.
- Lead the planning and prioritization of all analytics work.
Develop standard, repeatable, and measurable planning and
prioritization processes that consider the collective benefits of
analytics work that balances the needs of individual business
functions with the overarching goals of the corporation.Minimum
Requirements
- Well-organized with great empathy for customers and excellent
communication skills (verbal, presentations, writing).
- The ability to simplify complex topics in an easy-to-digest
format
- Comfortable giving talks, and developing demos, workshops,
webinars, videos, and other technical content.
- Understand the basics of analytics and how it might be used to
solve problems.Previous experience working with data, either as a
data engineer, data analyst, or analytics engineer preferred.
- Self-motivated, team player, action and results-oriented.
- Experience planning, prioritizing, and creating multi-year
roadmaps.For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog
