Description The Director of Workday HCM is a newly created role to meet the needs of the continued growth of Pyramid Global Hospitality. We are looking for someone that brings hands-on experience with the Workday HCM platform (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, PATT [Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking], PEX, etc.) and leads the Workday Support team while being strategic partner for HR and key Business Partners. Reporting to the Vice President of People Systems, responsibilities include leadership of the Workday Support Team, as well as the hands-on implementation, design, and development of the Workday HCM platform. Key to this role is a focus on improving the Workday HCM platform, advancing the HR technology, and processes that enables Pyramid Global to deliver best in class People Systems. The primary area of responsibility will be the Workday HCM tenant, but a working knowledge of additional technologies and HR business acumen is necessary to be successful in the role. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overall ownership for the ongoing support, design, deployment, maintenance, and configuration (BPs, Orgs, Data, etc.) of the Workday HCM platform.
  • Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders and Workday Consultants to continuously improve the Workday service delivery.
  • Lead the Workday support team ensuring day-to-day systems support is balanced with strategic enhancements and projects.
  • Lead governance process, road mapping exercises and cross-functional resource planning.
  • Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance, ensuring requirements are met.
  • Evaluate feasibility of system modifications and enhancements.
  • Solid understanding of Workday security features and controls and the overall accountability for data governance, security, and compliance.
  • Ensure up-to-date documentation of system training, functions, processes, and capabilities. Develop and promote continuous learning and growth within the Workday support team.

    Salary range: $125k-$145k per year Requirements Qualifications
    • Experience related to operation and management of enterprise HRIS applications
    • Ability to understand business priorities and align technology opportunities
    • Project planning, management, risk monitoring and mitigation
    • Strong Analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
    • Ability to motivate and set the direction for a team
    • Demonstrate high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
    • Proficiency in Workday report writing (including creating Calculated Fields)
    • Knowledge of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Report Writer, OX)
