Overview
This position is considered remote, up to 1 day in the office at 10
Brookline Place, Brookline, MA each week. DFCI guidelines state
that employees must reside in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or
Rhode Island.GENERAL SUMMARY: The Donor Services Specialist is
responsible for completing various donor and fundraising team
requests in a timely manner, including ensuring donor preferences
and personal information is accurate and complete in all gift
databases. Additionally, the Donor Services Specialist is
responsible for helping to manage DFCI's Division of Philanthropy's
matching gift program including communicating with company donors
and verifying gift requests on a regular basis. Responsible for
assisting the entire Division with reaching financial

Responsibilities
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualifications
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree preferred, with 1-3
years of professional experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
REQUIRED: Demonstrated ability to handle inquiries courteously and
efficiently in compliance with defined standards. Ability to
complete data input and gift processing tasks with efficiency and
accuracy in compliance with DFCI standards. Detail-oriented team
player who is dependable with excellent verbal, written,
organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of the
ClearView donor/gift database, and familiarity with Microsoft
Outlook, Word, and Excel essential.This position will evaluate
current programs and create and execute approved plans to expand
and diversify the donors and participants for the events assigned
in order to broaden our donor base and create even more inclusive
events. Experience with diverse donors is a plus. PATIENT CONTACT:
No.WORKING CONDITIONS: Remote flexibility (up to one day in the
office each week). Some evening and weekend work may be required.
