We are seeking an Executive Compensation Director who thrives on working in a fast-paced team environment. From project management to data analysis and product design, this role is the bridge between executive compensation professionals at Pearl Meyer, consulting firms and public companies to MDG's Research and Product teams. Responsibilities include:

• Managing client projects from understanding data requirements, analyzing solutions, and delivering top tier deliverables
• Partnering with MDG Research Operations and/or Product Development teams in the US and India to translate clients' executive compensation data needs into quality products and project deliverables
• Serving as an executive compensation subject matter expert to further the PM + MDG program and guide custom research projects
• Participating in the process to enhance existing products and develop new products
• Participating in discovery meetings with customers and prospects to showcase MDG products and capabilities
• Providing account customer service assistance
• Special projects and duties as assigned

  MDG is seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented, analytical-minded individual to join the growing Main Data Group team. Given the sophistication of our customers, exceptional focus and attention to detail coupled with a high-level of responsiveness and a team-oriented mindset is a must! Successful candidates will be proactive, flexible, and strong communicators with top notch interpersonal skills.
  
  Knowledge, Skills and Qualification Requirements
  
  
  • Minimum of 3 years related executive compensation experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools preferred
  • Effective oral and written communicator with good presentation skills
  • Excellent judgement and ability to handle and safeguard confidential and sensitive information
