Job Description:
We're looking for a manager to join the growing People Team at
the biggest small brand in beverage. Spindrift is filled with
dynamic, entrepreneurial and passionate team members who are

Responsibilities Reporting to the Vice President of People, this
position will lead efforts within rewards and compliance. The ideal
candidate is one who is positioned to specialize in the areas of
rewards and compliance, and agile enough to take on different
aspects of people operations if and when needed. As the company
continues to grow, there may be future opportunities for this
position to evolve into an even more specialist role in any of the
HR centers of excellence, or as a Human Resources Business Partner.
Responsibilities include:
- Total Rewards
- Support total compensation design and lead all benchmarking and
employee communication efforts; issue offer letters and annual
compensation statements
- Lead annual benefit review and selection, and open enrollment;
administer benefit programs and ensure compliance
- Support accounting team's executing of payroll as needed
- Employee Relations
- Develop and manage comprehensive approach to leave of absence
administration
- Communicate policies and benefits provided by worker's
compensation, insurance policies, paid leave programs, FMLA, ADA,
and more
- Handle all employee inquiries and lead any workplace
investigations
- Compliance and Safety
- Work with outside vendors to ensure programs and processes are
in compliance with employment regulations and workplace policies
across 40+ states
- Issue all required notices to employees and maintain employee
handbook and policies
- Create all required reporting for external agencies
- Oversee company efforts on workplace safety
- Stay up to date on news events and changes in regulations that
could impact our people operations, report to management and make
recommendations accordingly
- Support the company's community building efforts and other
people team responsibilities as needed Who You Are
- You have a minimum of five years of human resources experience
in total rewards and compliance with increasing project and process
management responsibility
- Experience working in an environment that dismantled their PEO
service is highly valued
- You're always prepared to make the business case for your
recommendations
- You are high integrity and are accustomed to maintaining
confidentiality
- You set and maintain the highest standards of quality
- You're comfortable working on routine, detail-oriented work and
developing new processes from scratch
- You are ready to feel invested in your work and the people you
work with, and you'll make sure to have some fun along the way
- You're an independent problem solver
- You're curious, and eager to learn about the company and
leverage your existing business knowledge
- You're proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel
skills
- You're able to work occasional nights and weekends
- You embrace and regularly demonstrate our values of agility,

- You're able to work from Newton, MA office - four days a week
and travel for business trips as needed In addition to the salary
range for this position ($90,000 - $100,000), Spindrift offers the
following compensation and benefits:
- short-term and long-term incentive programs specific to level
and department
- medical, dental, and vision insurance, with a current employer
contribution rate of 80% towards monthly premiums, regardless of
plan type selected
