Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the SVP Business Development & Strategy, you will
be the primary point of contact with business develop partner(s) to
manage any joint projects and timelines
- Represent the program status, scenarios, and trade-offs with
senior leadership, and internal and external stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including
Product Management, Marketing, R&D, Legal, Quality/Regulatory,
Clinical/Scientific, and Commercial Teams
- Ensure internal stakeholder alignment, creating integrated
project/program timelines, tracking, and verifying completion of
project deliverables and milestones
- Facilitate meetings and follow up with key stakeholders in
timely manner
- Manage schedule, risks and issues using standard project
management tools
- Execute multiple projects simultaneously and successfully
multi-task amongst several competing initiatives
- Efficiently manage and lead the team to drive decisions and
actions critical to project success
- Build strong relationships with partner(s) that establish
trust
- Minimum 3 years' experience as Project Manager in the
biotechnology/pharmaceutical /medical device industry including
managing, leading large and complex projects - a must!
- Master's degree in a scientific field
- Proficient in MS Project and/or Project & Portfolio Management
Tool
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented
environment
- Proven experience in problem-solving skills and ability to
coordinate program-related activities
- Project management experience in In vitro Diagnostics,
Companion Diagnostics, or Medical Device under Design Control is a
plus - Preferred
- Proven ability to escalate and drive management decisions in
relation to project execution and resource needs
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills with high
energy and a passion for improving cancer diagnostics for all
- Hybrid work, 3-4 days On-site
