Job Description: Service Manager supplies support to the General
Manager, leading a team to deliver our exemplary products and
services. Playing a crucial role in the daily effectiveness of our
restaurant, the Service Manager must be detail-oriented,
knowledgeable, friendly and helpful to the rest of the team.
Motivating the team to do their very best for every guest, every
day, is a large function of this Management position. Our guest may
be unfamiliar with Japanese-inspired food and will at times need
helpful suggestions regarding their menu choices, having a
well-trained and knowledgeable team to assist our guests in their
menu options is vital. Not only does the complete understanding of
