Description:BlueWave has an immediate opening for an Office
Manager & Employee Engagement Specialist. This role requires
someone who is comfortable wearing different hats, thrives on
employee engagement and has a passion for the values of a Certified
B Corporation. The ideal candidate is personable, energetic and
able to respond quickly to requests in an ever-changing
environment. Reporting to the Senior Director of People, the Office
Manager & Employee Engagement Specialist will play a critical role
in maintaining the culture, mission and vision of BlueWave by
driving company programming and events, maintaining workspace
functionality and cultivating a positive office environment. About

Office Management:Oversee general office organizationManage supply
inventory Develop and maintain vendor relationships Control
building access and key card assignments Distribute office mail
Manage relevant budgets Assist with onsite IT needs when
requiredExecutive Assistance:Assist with calendar management for
CEO (and other Executives ad hoc) Coordinate various meetings,
prepare and distribute relevant materials, and place catering
requests Manage travel needs Assist with conference logistics as
needed Employee Engagement: Identify and Administer employee perks
Curate relevant content updates and present at weekly company-wide
meetings Take point on corporate event planning for groups of up to
200 people Lead internal Culture Club committee and applicable
Employee Resource Groups Coordinate annual Employee Awards and
Recognition program Create various internal surveys and analyze
results Social Impact Initiatives:Guide BlueWave's Anti-Racist
Action Plan with support from YW Boston consultant and internal DEI
Cohort and Liaison Group Manage annual Charitable Giving and
Volunteering programs B Corp Certification:Manage the B Corp
recertification process and lead B Squad Committee Find
opportunities for BlueWave to get involved in the B Corp Community
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration,
communications, or a related field preferred 2-5 years of work
experience in an administrative/office management or employee
engagement role Must have exceptional attention to detail Strong
organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize
Must be a self-starter and driven Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and analytical
abilities Must be proficient with Microsoft Office/Teams products
