  What the Service Tech Manager will do

  • Oversee Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians and resolve Network issues for external customers mostly in retail store environments
    
  • Resolve escalated issues on an urgent basis and provide guidance to technicians on common outages and connectivity problems
    
  • Communicate with end users and make sure that tickets and issues are resolved in a timely manner
    
  • Provide estimates and quotes to outside vendors and work with local technicians to implement new systems and repair existing tech
    
    What the company needs in a Service Tech Manager
    
    • 
      
    • Experience supporting IT services in a hands-on technically interconnected network specializing in labeling and shelf management for consumer goods industry
      
    • Great communication skills - comfortable speaking with all levels within the organization from end user to C-suite
      
    • Knowledgeable on all areas of Network and device management including but not limited to assessment, planning, execution, and support
      
    • 2+ years of management experience with the ability to handle and resolve simple and complex networking issues in a Windows environment - working with POS systems is a plus
      
    • Must be a self-starter and work well independently with little supervision
