NOBULL's mission is to create a globally disruptive brand by developing simply innovative products that perform for their customers.The Director, Event Retail & Product is responsible for leading the coordination and logistics for all live retail activations in conjunction with a Partnership or Event. Additionally, this position will be responsible for all product needs at events or activations. The Director will be in lockstep with the Partnership & Events team to forecast and plan out all retail activations annually, as well coordinate with multiple internal cross functional partners such as Demand Planning, Distribution & Logistics (D&L), Content, Brand, Customer Service and EComm. This role will play a key role ensuring a smooth, impressive retail experience at events and activations with a large focus on driving revenue.Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate retail and all product operations for NOBULL activations
  • Lead all retail functions with the goal of maximizing revenue, while maintaining NOBULL brand integrity
  • Coordinate the team responsible for planning and merchandising the activations, including coordination with event operations team, design, demand planning, distribution & logistics, product planning, production, visual merchandising, etc.
  • Navigate internal workflows and effectively communicate internally to ensure activations are executed. Ensure company policies & procedures are maintained
  • Manage entire retail journey for consumers on site
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining staff training documentation, as well as continuously evolving and improving them
  • Responsible for coordinating with data analytics to provide daily reporting for each retail activation
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that all proposed and agreed upon layouts and designs are brought to life
  • Work closely with the D&L Team to manage all product movement tied to specific activations. This includes supporting spatial retail floor, back of house planning and being the liaison between the Events Team and the D&L Team to ensure timelines are accurate and met
  • Manage all retail specific vendor relationships (Point of Sale, E-Commerce Platform)
  • Domestic, and some international travel 25%Qualifications:
    • 12+ years of related experience
    • Proven ability to lead and manage large scale Retail Activations
    • Proven ability to lead and manage large event teams (100+) comprised of full-time employees, seasonal staff, and contract staff
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
    • Proven ability to complete activations according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
    • Comfort with basic technology; G-Suite/ Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, & Zoom
    • Must maintain an entrepreneurial mindset and see challenges as opportunities
    • Strong communication skills
    • Highly organized and attentive to detail
    • Takes ownership of work and output
    • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
    • High energy and a can-do attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs
    • Resourceful and proactive
    • Team player that brings positive energy to the team
