In this role you will have accountability for the oversight and delivery of the overall business service line strategic analysis, strategy plan development and governance of execution, including identification of new growth opportunities, efficiency improvements, identification of strategy partners and suppliers, and major changes to the offerings suite to help drive increased customer solution adoption of financial growth.What youll do:? Oversee CTS annual strategic planning process including overall and business line strategic and financial plans? Refine and update CTS 3-5 year strategic plan? Identify, help prioritize and lead governance of CTS wide strategic initiatives? Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to inform CTS leadership decision making? Maintain competitor scope cards and CTS relative positioning and differentiation? Manage strategic partners include identification, contracting, governance and working with CTS internal stakeholders to help realize partner benefits include new business development? Oversee delivery of strategic analysis and projects to support growth of overall CTS specific service lines? Lead ad-hoc analysis and presentation material creation needed for CVS executive leader meetings? Oversee governance of CTS strategic initiatives? Serve as a subject matter expert of Clinical Research industry; maintain insights on competitor and industry dynamicsPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 100,000Maximum: 221,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications?5+ years in CRO, pharmaceutical or relevant related professional experience?4+ years leading formal strategic planning process including annual strategic planning, competitor / market analysis, strategic partnership programs, and use of market assessment frameworks?Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
