A Kforce client is a Senior Manager - Order Management in Marlborough, Massachusetts (MA) for a remote role.

Summary:

This client is a pharmaceutical company that is currently growing. They have a track record of promoting internally which means there will be opportunities for advancement. The client offers an outstanding benefits package that includes half day Fridays, 401K with match, etc. The role will be fully remote.

Responsibilities include:

The Senior Manager will oversee the order management process and systems
Process order approvals and fulfillment
Manage the closing processes
Oversee aging reconciliations
Oversee the check entry process
Oversee the authorization and validation process
Manage and develop the order management team
Review reports, identify trends and resolve issues
The Senior Manager will identify improvements and implement solutions
Perform other duties as needed
