Nested Bean, a global sleep health brand that creates gently weighted infant sleepwear, is looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to elevate our brand. In this role, you will lead product marketing initiatives across domestic and international channels. You will innovate cross channel content marketing strategies.
Job Description
Partnering with Channel, Growth and Creative teams, you'll develop key brand stories in campaigns that are aligned with company goals and launch them through detailed activations on owned and paid channels, earned media, brand influencers and partners and key accounts.Reports to Company President.

What you will do

  • Own P&L of existing the product portfolio
  • Participate in business case and roadmap activities for product and market expansion in key EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions and portfolio growth in NA regions
  • Own all aspects of monthly and seasonal marketing activations across website, email, social, partner and retail channels, towards measurable goals
  • Develop merchandising models for master assortment, including pricing, discounting, bundling and upsells
  • Develop programs for post purchase measurement of customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention
  • Manage retail relationships, media relationships and brand partnerships to support brand growth
  • Guide brand communication strategy and collaborate with Creative and PR teams for execution
  • Manage a team of marketing analysts and groom them towards career and success planning
  • Conduct and participate in quarterly business review meetings

    • Ability to source, negotiate contracts and manage vendors
      Qualifications
      • 8+ years of work experience, with at least 3 years in management growing a global brand
      • MBA in marketing with a bachelor's degree in economics, mathematics, analytics or similar fields preferred
      • Expertise leading GTM strategy in domestic and international markets, collaborating with both ecommerce and retail sales channels
      • Experience leading consumer insights, competitive analysis, market position, master assortment, communication plan, and cross channel forecast, profitability analysis and launch sequence
      • Expertise in marketing analysis using reporting tools such as Excel, Access, Tableau and Microsoft Dynamics
      • Demonstrated experience negotiating with media, brand partners and channel partners
      • Demonstrated experience managing budget and profitable portfolio growth
      • Demonstrated experience in managing retail and distributor accounts, domestic and international
