If you would like to be a part of a successful, high growth security technology company that supports its employee's future, consider this current Job.Company vehicle included, comes with paid insurance and gasJob DetailsThe Project Manager plans, organizes and controls project-planning activities for effective management of electronic security installation projects to include all aspects of systems scheduling, engineering resources, field installation, commissioning and ensures customer satisfaction. The Project Manager is responsible for overall project budget management, project implementation, inspection and client acceptance. The Project Manager must be capable of executing multiple projects varying in size and complexity on time and within budget through effective communication, preparation and management techniques.Job Requirements:

• Ability to effectively communicate with managers, employees, customers and vendors in an intelligent, clear, concise and professional manner.
• Consistently and effectively determine, allocate and maximize available resources through project planning to ensure the achievement of sales and project management objectives.
• Maintain accurate and detailed information on projects, Technician and/or Contractor job progress, photograph files, daily tracking reports, job costing and communicate regularly throughout the project regarding job progress or status, installation issues, concerns or problems.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules and coordinate task-scheduling with other trades.
• Plan and schedule engineering, installation and subcontractors as needed.
• Supervise installation labor and sub-contractors.
• Work closely with billing to ensure that all projects assigned are being billed timely and within the guidelines established by the specific project.
• Prioritize team workload to ensure quality results are delivered on time and within budget.
• Troubleshoot project issues and engage appropriate management and resources as needed.Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the electronic security industry is preferred.
  • CSPM, PMP Certification preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of PM techniques and tools, general knowledge of contract laws and regulations.
