POSITION SUMMARY As the Vice President, Expeditionary Sales, you will serve as a key member of the Sales Leadership Team and have the opportunity to help shape and deliver on Noble's sales strategy focusing on our Expeditionary customer base. In this role you will lead the Expeditionary market team to meet and exceed sales goals while delivering on Noble's mission.   • Direct responsibility for the leadership of our high-performing Expeditionary sales organizations to drive revenue growth
  • Foster the team's productivity to consistently exceed objectives
  • Partner with Executive Leadership Team to craft and execute against the overall sales capture strategy, driving business from initial lead through entire sales cycle to maximize revenue
  • Lead the development of customer profiles, including upcoming programs, customer needs, and issues
  • Lead and coordinate competitive assessments, determining the strengths and weaknesses of our solutions and potential competitors in the marketplace
  • Provide input to expand global market share
  • Build a strong cross-functional operating cadence with regard to pipeline, forecasting, deal review, execution, and revenue
  • Work closely with marketing and vendor relations teams to create strong collaborative partnerships that will ensure success in competitive positioning, market awareness and execution.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets and KPIs
  • Represent Noble at product demonstrations, trade shows, trainings, and other industry events
  • Keep track of closed deals and win-loss performance and share your insights and challenges so the team can move faster, improve, and sell more! POSITION QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
    • Exceptional performance selling into the US Defense Industry
    • Demonstrated history of recruiting, hiring and retaining top sales talent
    • Demonstrated technical acumen and the ability to articulate technical concepts
    • Ability to develop a sales territory plan that aligns with the overall corporate strategic plan
    • Excellent forecasting and qualification skills
    • Skilled at business planning and diligent at measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks, and developing appropriate solutions.
    • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
      • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university; and eight to ten years of business- related progressive experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of training and relevant business experience. COMPUTER SKILLS
        • Google Suite Suite
        • Understanding and experience with NetSuite of equivalent ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software
