As part of the Global Medical Affairs Operations, you will report
to Senior Director Global Medical Affairs Operations and partner
with various Global Oncology Functions.How you will contribute:Lead
the project management for global brand teams (GBTs) with multiple
sub-teams (Marketing, medical affairs, PVPA, Insights & Analytics,
Supply Chain, Region, etc.) and works together with the Global
Program Brand Leader (GBL), Global Medical Lead (GML) and PVA Lead
to ensure performance monitoring of the integrated brand
strategy.Works with GBT and GMAT functional staff and is
responsible for implementing an operational framework based on
empowerment & alignment for annual planning processes, developing
workplans (brand/launch) for successful implementation, risk and
change management, budget performance and progress tracking.
Facilitate GBT and GMAT meeting management to ensure discussions
and decisions within the team, from agenda development through
meeting minutes and action items issuance.Effectively engage with
key stakeholders to ensure updating of project (brand/launch)
deliverables. Identify interdependencies and connections between
departments and ensure integrated end to end visibility and
alignment.Define and manage critical path, proactively identifies
and escalate issues and help resolve them.Maintain team sites for
efficient action item tracking, reference documents, and
collaboration on shared documents.Support the strategic definition,
creation, documentation and maintenance of project management
standards, processes and tools and develop and promote the use of
PM best practices across OBU.Demonstrate strategic thought and
resource planning to support multi-geographic programs and
personnel.Promote the thoughtfulness with which we manage programs
through the use of project management best practices.Ensure that
brand/launch tactical execution and related budget plansin
collaboration with Financeare developed and maintained and that
information is effectively used by GBL and global brand
team.Identify issues and obstacles that could impact the completion
of oncology brand deliverables and resolve them with team members
or the relevant functional management.Identify and communicate
opportunities for change; plans for team to meet new
challenges.Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree
in science or business-related fieldMinimum 5 years of project
management experienceDemonstrated previous experiences a project
manager leading complex pharmaceutical project deliverables in a
multi-disciplinary, global environmentExperience implementing
systems and processes for support of cross-functional
activitiesDemonstrated ability to clearly and concisely
communicate/present information to senior managementDemonstrated
ability to build consensus and resolve issues while maintaining
positive working relationships across
functionsPreferred:Demonstrated leadership skills managing matrix
teams, influencing outcomes and project decisionsExperience
establishing and managing global teams across geographic
regionsProject Management Professional certification with PMI.Prior
alliance management experience. The program manager supports the
collaborative work of the alliance by supporting operations of
joint meetings/committees to ensure activities are coordinated,
communication flows, and decisions are made achieve the goals of
the alliance.TravelAbility to travel to various meetings, including
overnight ternational travel is likely.Travel requirements
