Senior Manager, Strategy - Boston, MA. Work closely with CEO and senior executives to define, plan, and execute Aptiv's long-term strategic priorities, including current platforms, future platforms, and business foundation. Execute management consulting-like projects working closely with stakeholders in business and corporate functions. Structure problems, gather and analyze data, and deliver executive- level readouts and recommendations. Develop fact bases and market models around key product segments and technology trends such as ADAS adoption, electric vehicle penetration, and transition to software-defined vehicle architectures. Conduct detailed analysis of automotive OEM customers and traditional/new competitors. Shape and drive content creation for executive leadership in key meetings. Requires Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, or Finance, and Master of Business Administration degree, plus two years of experience with analyzing market dynamics, collecting customer data to support strategy design, developing strategies to improve cost efficiency, designing growth and sales strategies, Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, R, and Python.
