Project Manager/Sr. Manager, Program Management Boston Seaport - Onsite Company Elektrofi is a biologics formulation startup focusing on the subcutaneous delivery of proteins. We deliver ultra-high concentration doses of proteins using our proprietary microparticle technology. This technology will expand access to biologics by replacing the traditional hours-long intravenous infusion required for most proteins with a rapid subcutaneous injection that can be self-administered at home. Position Summary Elektrofi is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our biotech company full-time as a -Project Manager/Sr. Manager, Program Management to support the development of the novel Elektrofi formulation platform. The individual will join a growing, multidisciplinary team of scientists/engineers and industry professionals. A successful candidate will join a team responsible for the planning and coordination of research related to its strategic partnership projects. You will play a key role in supporting the development of its protein formulation platform with the aim of advancing partner programs to the clinic. You will join an early-stage, multidisciplinary team of scientists and contribute to a variety of development activities in a highly collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive project milestones and timelines associated with Elektrofi's pharmaceutical partner programs.
• Interface with internal and external partners as required to align on project deliverables, communicate progress, and build strong relationships with the technical team. -
• Manage and interpret scientific data and prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Support scientific team leaders to achieve technical success through effective planning, communication, and relationship building.
• Manage execution of project plan, including meeting logistics, facilitating external & internal meetings, authoring of minutes, and effectively communicate progress towards milestones to key stakeholders.
• Work internally with scientists, engineers, and managers to create written project plans to define research scope, tasks and deliverables, and skills that will be required to technically execute on each project.
• Identify potential project risks, escalating critical problems to management and proactively developing mitigation plans with appropriate coordination of all stakeholders.
• Effectively summarize key information such as program progress, timeline updates, and risk/opportunity assessments for periodic presentations to management. Qualifications
  • 2-4+ (Manager) or 4-8+ (Sr. Manager) years of experience in the biotech industry with MS/PhD-bachelors considered with equivalent industry experience.
  • 2+ years of technical project management in a scientific organization - experience with drug delivery technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems to achieve project goals.
  • Strong team player who can rapidly build positive relationships and proactively partner across teams.
  • Ability to diplomatically navigate internal and external priorities to generate consensus and maximize outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Superb attention to detail and a passion for follow-through.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to business objectives and pursue several objectives simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas across project boundaries, influencing others to act.
