Seeking for Events Marketing Manager
At least 2-3 years of experience to begin with. Strong Interpersonal Skills
This position is hybrid. Expected to be onsite in the Boston office.
Need someone to help 3rd Party Events Sponsorship
Experience in managing corporate events is going to be helpful
Have 40+ conference meetings in place for the year 2023 (no travel required)
Need help with logistics, Vendor Management, to check with the set-ups etc.
May require help in the future with respect to Marketing Strategy
Will work closely with Marketing Manager , 3rd party vendors, interactions with Sales Team
Help maintain project plan, manage 3rd party sponsorship
Help troubleshoot issues with any 3rd party vendors and find solutions
Experience in Financial or Investment Domain is a plus
Potential to Convert FTE (completely based on performance and further budgets)
Interview Process - 2 Rounds of Interview via WebEx.
Please Note - Final Round (2nd Round) may take place on-Site too
Must Haves
Previous experience in an event manager role within investment management or within a financial institution (Financial or Investment Domain is a plus)
The candidate must have the ability to work efficiently and effectively with a high level of activity and changing priorities, particularly the ability to deliver high quality in a short time frame
Self-starter with excellent communication skills, both oral and written and an exceptional attention to detail
Experience of working with and managing third-party supplier / agency relationships
Project Description
Working in a highly collaborative environment, interacting closely with sales and investment teams
Plan and deliver events to support highly targeted audiences across institutional investors
Work with and lead relationships with third-party events agencies, to project manage successful events. Includes liaising with third parties and fulfilling all requirements as specified by such parties
Work with marketing colleagues to produce effective and professional events
Tech Skills
Suite, Outlook
Proficiency with Salesforce and Wrike a plus
MANAGER MUST HAVES
Past experience as a hands-on corporate Event Manager
3rd party vendor management
Organized with great communication - will be working one-on-one with vendors and stakeholders
